BLUFSF is happy to announce the date and location of the 16th Annual IN GEAR Dinner; this year, the dinner will be on Thursday, July 23rd, 2026 at the Dumpling Kitchen – Noe Valley.

With the closure of the Cadillac Bar & Grill earlier this year, we’ve been reaching out to find a place that can host our event. It was a rough go as most venues were either noncommunicative or high in cost.

Ultimately, the Dumpling Kitchen in Noe Valley graciously agreed to open its doors to host our annual BLUFSF dinner. We’re excited to be collaborating with the manager who will be developing a menu to ensure everyone is satisfied.

That stated, due to the size of the venue, there are a couple of changes from last year:

• The amount of tickets will be limited to 100 attendees.
• We will not be selling tables and the event will be open seating; however, for groups of four or more, we can see about accommodating a group if tickets are purchased as a group.

Early bird ticket sales will start on Wednesday, July 1st for $70.00 and end on July 15th. On July 16th, the ticket price will increase to $80.00 until July 21st when sales will close. This is to ensure a proper headcount for the venue to accommodate the group. Tickets will not be sold at the door and attendees will need to present a verified ticket upon arrival.

Because the raffle auction was so successful last year, we are hosting an online version this year. Items will be listed on the IN GEAR Dinner Raffle page and bids will open on July 12th up until the day of the dinner. Winners will be drawn and announced towards the end of dinner. If you would like to donate an item for the raffle auction, please send an email to info@bluf-sf.com and indicate your interest and item specifications.

Proceeds will go to benefit the San Francisco Leathermen’s Discussion Group (SFLDG), a longtime supporter of BLUFSF. Visit www.sfldg.org for more information on the organization.
